Aiswarya Builders, has been in the construction segment since October 1984. A partnership firm with Mr. P.P. Ismail and Mr. K. Ravindranath as partners, Aiswarya Builders is a celebrated name in the construction segment in Kerala especially in the northern region of the state. With a band of dedicated team of architects, engineers and interior designers, Aiswarya Builders has left no stone unturned in providing the best housing facilities like apartments and villas, or multi storied commercial complexes.

Our first project was a Villa project (six individual villas) at Paropady near Christ Hall, Malapparamba, Calicut. We have never compromised on the quality of the products that we use and has always ensured timely delivery of the projects. Ever since our first project we have never looked back, one project has always followed the other.
